The absolute litany of tech woes that have challenged my mental health this week… I don’t think I’ve ever had an episode so nearly not go out and have been working on it between sessions to publish in time.

But – as so often the case – I think the new editing software I was forced to find and learn to use is BETTER.

Am gonna call it eustress rather than distress (now it has passed).

How about you?

How are YOU feeling this European Mental Health Awareness Week?

What one thing might help you feel even a little bit better?
