Hi, I'm Eve Menezes Cunningham from Feel Better Every Day with Eve Menezes Cunningham, also known as selfcarecoaching.net.
I help people of all genders and backgrounds with trauma recovery, so that's big T Trauma, little t trauma, post-traumatic stress disorder and complex post-traumatic stress disorder.
I also help people befriend your VAST/ADHD brain. Navigating trauma and/or ADHD can make our everyday capacity for life, let alone self-care and uppercase Self care, really hard to predict.
My holistic approach offers a flexible framework to accommodate our energised, hyper-focused, highly productive days, as well as our exhausted, overwhelmed, no spoons left days.
Phase one is to Feel better, so when you have the bandwidth, motivation and energy, I can help you learn to regulate your nervous system and experiment with self-care practices and rituals to support your whole self.
The Be better stage is about allowing yourself to be when life feels tough. Pull the duvet over your head. There's no need to constantly improve yourself. Learn or remember how to rest and relax. Give yourself the time and space to connect with your Self with that uppercase S, that highest, wisest, truest, wildest, most joyful, brilliant and miraculous part of yourself. Accept and be kinder and even learn to love yourself, warts and all.
Do better is for when you feel empowered enough and ready, so it's really important to let yourself stay in that Be phase for as long as you need, but it's then time to transform what hurts your heart into action.
Help heal yourself, your communities and the world.
Welcome to my Substack. Here you'll find lots and lots of free resources and if you want to upgrade as a paid subscriber to the Sole to Soul Circle you'll get immediate access to the rich archive including the entire Love Your Whole Self chakra journey and deeper dives into each week's podcast theme. I go into more depth with my podcast guests and I choose one of the tools that relate to one of that issue and it just helps you go deeper.
There's also the opportunity for one-to-one email coaching with me if you want to engage in that way and me helping you stay accountable so there's a lot to choose from and I hope you find it helpful.
If you have any questions get in touch: it's eve@selfcarecoaching.net or you can get in touch through the Substack.
I look forward to helping you create a life you don't need to retreat from.
le grá (with love),
Evei
