What does it involve?
Join us promptly at 8pm and you’ll (all) have access to 45 minutes of exploration, reflection and self and Self care coaching on this Circle’s themes.
You’ll have the opportunity to explore:
where you are and where you want to be, setting intentions around enhancing your intuition
you’ll be finding fun and practical ways in which you can develop your intuition
an oracle card reading. And
you’ll have time to ground your insights and intentions.
This first part of the Circle ends at 7.45pm. Half Moon (paid subscribers) and Super Moon (founding members) EMBODIED community members can stay in Circle for:
mind body practice/s to go deeper into releasing any blocks to connecting with your intuition that you’ve identified
amplifying your intentions and
an indulgent trauma sensitive voice only yoga nidra to support you with the Circle's theme that also soothes and supports your nervous system.
If you want to attend but can't make it live, let me know when you book your place as whether you can join the Circle live or not, Half Moon, Full Moon and Super Moon members who book in will receive a recording of the non confidential elements of the first part of the Circle (available to indulge in for a full week).
All Full Moon and Super Moon members will receive a recording of the non-confidential elements of second part of the Circle and these resources will remain in the Exclusive Membership Benefits area for as long as you remain a paying subscriber (you'll also receive the recordings by email).
By offering self paced self care options, you learn to take what appeals and ignore the rest, trust yourself and play with the trauma informed mind body practices that resonate the most each week (and from the rich archive).
