This meditation uses six imaginary magnets – above, below, front, back, right, and left – to effortlessly draw away inauthentic energies, stress, worries about the future, past traumas, and blocks to both giving and receiving.
It's a versatile practice that can be done anywhere, anytime, with eyes open or closed, and requires no special equipment. It can help you release what doesn't serve you and then fill your being with glorious, grounded, healing light, helping you connect to your inherent ‘shininess’ and feel more present, grounded and ready to face each day with ease and joy.
