Every big change begins with an intention and the yoga nidra practise helps us nurture these seeds of ideas and explore them as we harness the power of the unconscious mind to make taking the necessary steps far more easy.

3 simple and effective ways to support your intuition, clarity, understanding, wisdom and capacity to DO your best thinking
1) Listen to the fantabulous best-selling author, Nick Williams – When I interviewed him for thefeelbettereverydaypodcast.com
or listen via your favourite podcast app.
I loved what he was saying about supporting his own and the leaders he works with best thinking but it sounded like something for other people, not me. Since I’ve started taking a longer lunch break most days, with time for an indulgent yoga nidra and then to simply BE (whether that’s a nap, reading, journalling or pulling the duvet over my head and THINKING), my business (after 20 YEARS) is suddenly taking off in ways I hadn’t considered possible.
2) Prioritise sleep – I have LOADS of free self care ideas, mind body practises and other resources for sleep on the site Even if you’re not actually asleep, using bedtime to REST and taking that pressure off yourself can be another opportunity to cultivate your best thinking and let your third eye chakra work its magic. We’ll be working with Revenge Bedtime Procrastination (when we deprive ourselves of sleep because we don’t WANNA go to bed early enough to get enough – the Bex Seal episode goes into more detail) in the next Sole to Soul Circle during the next Dark New Moon at 8pm on Friday, 1st November. 3) Give yourself permission to dream big for yourself – If you weren’t afraid of failure (or negative consequences, conscious or unconscious – of success), what would you be dreaming of for you, your loved ones, your community and the world at large? Write it down. Make time and space for yourself to journal around it as if it was a possibility because it IS. We’ll be focusing on Sankalpa’s in the Circle (see #2 above) and you can also watch this video about how they help
