Ask yourself: if you believed with your whole heart that you could do ANYTHING, where would you LIKE to be? What would you love to be doing? With whom? When?
Give yourself permission to connect with your heart and notice whatever it is you long to connect with this week.
You might want to journal around it (embodied journalling - where you record yourself then watch or listen back and notice what additional information your body language, skin tone, posture, voice etc offer) or simply make a quick note for yourself.
The Summer Solstice next week is a wonderful time to ground more deeply in order to reach for the heavens and truly let yourself shine (from a safe space so your nervous system is supported and you’re less likely to self-sabotage).

Join us promptly at 6pm on Friday 21st June and you’ll (all) have access to 45 minutes of exploration, reflection and self and Self care coaching on Summer Solstice themes especially around your contributions to the world.
This includes helping you feel feel SAFE enough to glow and let yourself shine brighter and brighter – the world needs you!
You’ll have the opportunity to explore:
· ways in which you already shine and how you might dream of stepping up in different areas
· what you’re already grateful for
· you’ll be supported in releasing energies, habits and anything else that no longer serves you while welcoming the new. And
· you’ll have time to ground your insights and intentions.
This first part of the Circle ends at 6.45pm. Half Moon (paid subscribers) and Super Moon (founding members) Embodied Wellbeing community members can stay in Circle for:
· an EFT Tap Along to go deeper into releasing the blocks you’ve identified
· amplifying your intentions and
· an indulgent yoga nidra to support you in shining in a way that honours your nervous system.
Whether you can join the Circle live or not, Full Moon and Super Moon members will receive recordings of the non-confidential elements of the Summer Solstice Circle.

I know I feel better with each passing year as I get a better sense of what works for me and what doesn't (including navigating joints that didn't used to ache and eyes that didn't used to need reading glasses) but I've adored Dr Sabina Brennan's approach to aging since I met her the year I moved to Ireland when she was promoting her then new book 100 Days to a Younger Brain.
